As the mortgage product marketplace has become far more competitive, the loan providers had relaxed some of their previously stringent conditions for applicants. One of the first to go in this area was the size of the deposit and over a period of time it whittled its way down to the point where it's now possible to get a mortgage for the full amount of the cost of the house. Finding information about this specialized type of mortgage product can be little tricky.
